Weekly Deposit Application End User License Agreement

Overview
Weekly Deposit is an internal financial automation application created for Canvas Church (“Canvas”) to assist authorized staff and volunteers with recording weekly deposits and transferring deposit information from Google Sheets to QuickBooks Online.
License
Canvas grants authorized users permission to use Weekly Deposit solely for internal church administrative and financial operations.
Users may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the application.
Use the application for any organization other than Canvas Church.
Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts they are not authorized to access.
QuickBooks Online Integration
Weekly Deposit connects with QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s APIs to create deposit transactions. Users authorize the application to access the connected QuickBooks Online company account.
The application only performs actions necessary for weekly deposit processing, including creating deposit transactions and recording transaction identifiers.
User Responsibility
Authorized users are responsible for:
Maintaining appropriate access to church financial systems.
Reviewing deposit information before submitting transactions.
Protecting login credentials and account access.
Canvas Church is responsible for determining who is authorized to use the application.
No Warranty
Weekly Deposit is provided for internal use by Canvas Church. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy and reliability, Canvas does not guarantee that the application will be free from errors or interruptions.
