Jed & Sheila McGuire
Over the past decade + my experiences and prompting from God have led me to become the Lead Pastor of Canvas Church.
I grew up as a PK (pastor’s kid) in Northern MN, before spending some time in South Central IA after college where I attended North Central University in Minneapolis.
Eventually I moved back to MN in 2014. I have an amazing family including my wife Sheila, and 2 kiddos. Since moving back to MN I completed a M.Ed. in teaching and I have been working with students, the local church and schools.
I am passionate about seeing lives transformed when they encounter and recognize daily what Christ has done for them.
Every day is a gift and I choose to live it to the fullest.

I have worked in many different industries over the years from health and wellness, early childhood, and many leadership and management roles. I love Canvas Church and have been a part of this church family for 7 years. I have worked on staff for the past two years and am excited for all the years ahead here at Canvas!
I am passionate about this next generation and having them walk in their giftings and who God has called them to be!

Children’s Pastor & Women’s Ministry
I graduated from North Central University April of 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies. During college, I was a Youth intern for a year and Youth Admin for 18 months at Cedar Valley Church in Bloomington, MN.
I was born and raised on a farm near Sacred Heart, MN which is about 30 minutes southwest of Willmar. I recently got married on October 1, 2023 to my husband Josh Kadlec.
In October of 2022, I joined Canvas Church and am excited to lead the next generation!

I graduated from North Central University in December of 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Worship Leading. While in college, I had the opportunity to lead worship in many different capacities. I had the privilege to be on the North Central Worship Live Team and travel across the country, while also leading worship at various churches. I was born and raised nearby in Austin, Minnesota, where I felt the call on my life to lead worship. In January 2024, I joined Canvas Church and I am beyond excited to be a part of the Canvas Team!
